FLAMINGOS & TROPICAL Barrier masks
Our barrier masks for little ones (3 to 6 years old), kids (7 to 12 years old), teens| women and men are made to help to protect the user and the others, by supplementing the "barrier gestures and the government rules of social distancing", such as being 2 meters apart from each other, cough and sneeze in your elbow and stay home if you have any COVID-19 symptoms. They are intended for personal use and not for medical purpose. They have to be used and cared according to the government's recommandations to be fully effective
- Our barrier masks are made of two layers of organic cotton jersey.
- There is a pocket where you can insert a filter (not included), if needed.
-The mask can be adjusted to the top of the head and the back of the neck with elastic jersey cords
- They are playful and colorful, as well as comfortable to wear and breathable.
- For obvious sanitary reasons, the masks are NOT EXCHANGEABLE, NOT REFUNDABLE.
It should be remembered that the use of a barrier mask does not replace hand washing, social distancing and isolation at home if you are sick.
The barrier mask should be washed whenever it is soiled, wet or improperly positioned on the face. It should not be placed in a waiting position on the forehead or under the chin during and after use.
Do not reuse a soiled or wet barrier mask.
During the same period of 4 hours, the mask can only be used several times if it is removed according to the instructions, temporarily stored or hung to offer the least possible contact, and delivered according to the instructions.
The wearing time must be in accordance with the instructions for use if existing. In all cases, it will be less than 4 hours on a single day (equivalent to half a day).
The health instructions associated with the wearing of a barrier mask are presented on the Government of Quebec site. Click HERE to view them.
It is not recommended to use specific products other than the usual detergent without first making sure of their non-toxicity by inhaled residues, and that their uses do not degrade the materials. The complete washing cycle (wetting, washing, rinsing) must be at least 30 minutes with a washing temperature of 60 ° C. The use of fabric softener is not recommended.
The barrier masks can be washed with old sheets in the washing machine, in order to guarantee the mechanical aspect of the washing.
It is recommended that the barrier mask be completely dried within less than two hours after leaving the washing machine. Barrier masks must not dry in the open air. It is recommended to iron them when they are dry.
