Before you buy this shipping costs exchange (2 labels):
- Please send us an email, send us an email with all the details of your request (what item you ordered and why you want to exchange it), order number and WAIT for our reply.
- Make sure your item is still tagged, unworn and unwashed, in its original condition. (No pet hair, dust or anything!)
- Fold the item and put it in a strong envelope.
- Print and stick the label we sent you by email on the envelope.
- Deliver your envelope to the carrier (Purolator, Canada Post).
